Please update or delete your bookmarks containing “tod.learning.hhs.gov” and bookmark “humancapital.learning.hhs.gov” instead. Once the old URL is retired, an error message will result stating the address is incorrect or cannot be found. Access to the current URL “humancapital.learning.hhs.gov” remains unchanged.

The Department's HHS Learning Portal; also referred to as the Learning Management System (LMS) has 3,000+ courses, 19,000+ downloadable books as well as leadership videos and certification programs that are available online to HHS employees 24/7.
